Fremont Building

SKK Developments was selected by the Capitol Area Development Authority (CADA),  along with the Sacramento Area Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), to form a public-private partnership to develop a four-story, approximately 100,000 square foot mixed use building in Midtown Sacramento. Two blocks from a light rail station, the plan’s goal was to develop a project that would help bring pedestrians into the area not only during the workday but also after hours and on weekends. This landmark building marked the beginning of the Midtown Sacramento renaissance, which has since transformed the area into the city’s most active, vibrant neighborhood.
