The project involved demolishing a 25,371-square-foot warehouse and constructing Channel 24, a new 40,517-square-foot indoor live performance theater at 1800 24th Street in Midtown Sacramento. Professionally operated by Another Planet Entertainment (APE), the venue has a 2300-person capacity and hosts music, comedy, podcasts, lectures, and corporate events 2–3 nights per week.
As APE’s first ground-up development, Channel 24 features a general admission floor, tiered balcony seating, multiple bars with food, a VIP area, artist amenities, and an upstairs open-air patio.
