Arden Gateway – Phase II: The Eames

Arden Gateway is a 736 garden-style apartment project on 25 acres next to Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento. The development is one of the largest apartment properties in the Sacramento region and was developed by a joint venture between DeBartolo Development, The Grupe Company, and SKK Developments.

Phase II, The Eames, consisting of 331 units, was completed in Spring 2024.
