SKK Developments is building a 5-story, 181,800 sq ft mixed-use multifamily building on the site of the former Mansion Inn Hotel with 186 residential units and 3,010 SF of retail.

Designed by C2K Architecture, the exterior design pays homage to the mid-century modern style of the site’s original Mansion Inn, through its clean horizontal lines, vertical rhythms, and material selection. The community features two courtyards, a pool, a roof deck, an expansive lobby, communal kitchen space, pet spa, bike rooms, and fitness center.

Situated directly across the street from the Governor’s Mansion, Broadway at Music Circus, and Sacramento Theatre Company, Mansion Apartments is bound to become a destination and a beacon of activity for the entire Midtown area.
