13C Studios

13C is an affordable multi-family housing project will offer 127 studio units in Sacramento’s Mansion Flats neighborhood. After submitting designs, securing entitlements, and obtaining a Public-Private partnership agreement with the city of Sacramento, SKK transferred project ownership to Portland’s Urban Development Partners (UD+P). The new housing project has begun construction and will be completed by early 2027.
